We recommend flying to Calgary International Airport (YYC), and driving to Banff. You can either rent a car or utilize a shuttle service from the airpot.

We have hired private shuttles to safely get you to and from the wedding. The shuttles will run from 2 locations: Moose Hotels and Suites and the Elk + Avenue Hotel.
Pickup times:
2:00PM, 2:20PM, 2:40PM, 3:00PM
At the end of the night, the shuttles will take you back to these two hotels.
Departure times:
10:30 PM until 2:15 AM Departing every 30 minutes.
The shuttles will drop and pick you up in front of the Fairmont’s Motorcoach entrance.
Banff does not have very many cabs or Uber drivers. Please plan accordingly!

For the wedding, we ask that our guests wear Black Tie attire.
We know Black-Tie is fancy, but you have the option to wear Black Tie attire (tuxedos and floor-length gowns) or Formal attire (dark formal suits and floor-length gowns or fancy cocktail dresses).
The wedding party and immediate family will be wearing Black Tie. We hope you will have some fun getting fancy with us!

The weather in Banff in December can vary! Historically, it has ranged from -5° to -14°, so pack enough layers to stay warm! The events will all be inside, and coatcheck will be available.

As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in the ceremony or reception. However, we recognize that some of you will be traveling with your kids, so please know they are welcome at the Saturday welcome event! Our wedding planners have also recommended Childcare Connection, which. is a service that provides reliable, safe hotel babysitters in the Banff Area.
